PSMail

A simple utility that allows you to directly create an email message from the command line in the default email client. In Windows, you can send an e-mail message from within the DOS programs!

Command format:
PSMail e-mail@address "message subject" "attachments" "message text"
For parameters, the order matters. Parameters "from the back" can be omitted. If you omit a parameter in the middle, replace it with a space in quotation marks.
Attachments can be inserted either directly as a path to a specific file or as a mask. For example, "C:attachments*.zip"

Examples:
PSMail info@seznam.cz "Subject" "C:Send*.ZIP" "Message textsecond line"
