Windows 10 Product Key, can be found out with a small script.
Download the script, extract it to disk and double click to run. The script will display the Windows version, the product ID and the 25-digit Product Key. You can save the key to a text file. You can then find the saved file on your desktop. You can use this key for a clean install of Windows 10.

The script works not only in Windows 10, but also in older versions.

If you are migrating from Windows 7/8 to Windows 10, the product key will be a special, universal key because it is a digital license that does not have its own product key.
