Print Message

Print Message is an action for InboxRULES that enables automatic printing of emails and/or their attachments by the selected printer.Printing takes place at the moment of message delivery to the MS Outlook mail client or MS Exchange server mailbox.

Features:

- Print emails in text, RTF and HTML format

- user customization of email header

- print emails to default or selected printer

- built-in HTML format support (does not require IE or other internet browser)

- optional printing of HTML emails using Internet Explorer

- attachment printing (support for regular, "embedded" and OLE attachments)

- print attachments to default or selected printer (applies to selected attachment types, e.g. graphic files, pdf files, html files)

- print all or only selected email attachments
