Precision Helper - Portable

This is a portable version of Precision Helper.

This is a tool for creating and managing help projects. It is aimed at organizing existing html files, xml files, scripts, images and other resources so that the author has the best possible overview of his/her project.

Precision Helper works natively with the Microsoft Html Help (HHP) project format and allows you to publish the resulting help to CHM, WebHelp, ePUB (e-book), PDF and to a separate Html document.

Precision Helper is designed for advanced authors and developers, but the user-friendly environment allows novice authors to create help as well.
