PngCon

PngCon is a simple graphical editor that allows you to create icons from PNG images. The program offers three preset icon sizes: 32 x 32, 64 x 64 and 128 x 128. After uploading an image, you select the desired icon size and click the "Convert" button. The program will then automatically convert the image to an icon. 1. Download and install PngCon.

2. Open PngCon and click the "Open" button.
