Simple lightweight application where you can find all the current tables of state and public administration employees in one place. Just select a specific combination of grade, salary grade and branch of service.


Most important functionalities:

• Employee cost
  For municipalities and counties, the annual cost per employee, i.e. including non-tariff remuneration (25% of the highest salary step in a given grade) and compulsory levies and overheads, is informatively calculated. The calculation is based on the methodology of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic.

• Graphs
  The graphs show the differences or steepness of salary increases according to grades in a given grade or vice versa. The graphs also provide complete information about the respective table.

• Economic Indicators
  The main economic indicators of the country such as GDP, average wage, real wage, inflation, government expenditure, unemployment, national debt, old age pensions, household consumption, labour productivity etc., in the trend over the last 15 years are available. Next year's forecasts and trend are calculated using simplex artificial intelligence algorithms, which tend to be extremely accurate in their predictions.

• Scale
  The % scale permanently shows where the selected salary is in relation to the national average salary in a given year, or you can select a specific region on the map against which to compare the selected salary.

Note: The app is independent of internet connection and is primarily designed for mobile. The PC version is a full conversion, but graphically and visually it is adapted to the mobile view.
