A meeting planner is a program that can evaluate when a certain number of people can meet based on the input given to it. The cornerstone of these cues are "events", which are times when individual reunion attendees have something to do and therefore cannot attend the reunion. These events and the reunion have a configurable priority, and for events you can set a recurrence after a certain period of time (days, weeks, months, years) until a certain date, as well as the location of the event and a note. So at the beginning, each participant in the reunion sets their actions for a long enough time in advance, they all send the saved files to one participant, who then uses the program to see what the possibilities are and can forward the results back to the others. The results will not only list the times when all participants are free, but also what they will be doing before and after the potential reunion time, so that it can be immediately determined if it is realistic to meet at that time.
