English to the graphic editor PIXIA from Japan. It is one of the best freeware programs in this area. It boasts features that usually only expensive commercial programs boast (working with layers, importing from TWAIN devices, etc.). Of course there are the basic features: unlimited undo/redo, changing brush shape, working with transparency, printing, sample support, and more.
