Picture Resizer

Picture Resizer is a simple and free-to-use tool for batch resizing photos and images.

Preferencei:

• The tool uses a method to ensure a high quality final image, where the pixel color is derived from a weighted average of all covered pixels of the original. In the case of magnification, linear interpolation is deployed.
• The algorithm is optimized for gamma-corrected images.
• High speed.
• Possibility to replace the original image - PhotoResize400I.exe.
• Setting the compression quality using the -q parameter, or more simply: PhotoResize400H.exe for high quality, PhotoResize400L.exe for low quality.
• Copy metadata (including EXIF tags) into the target file.
