Customer visibility
Use the program to maintain your customer list more easily. Names, addresses and phone numbers are easier to keep track of. In addition, you can add a note to each customer. Order history is also available, so you can easily find out when the customer was last with you, how much they paid and what service was provided.

Long-term calendar with days shaded by workload
The long-term calendar shows a 33-day view. It automatically colors the days according to the workload and allows easy navigation in the program.

Weekly calendar with order listing
A weekly calendar reminiscent of a classic diary, with one column for each day of the week with orders. Orders are automatically sorted by arrival time. Time, service and customer name are displayed for each order.

Automatic calculation of the time between orders
Automatic calculation of the time between orders is used to facilitate the yield of working time. An entry is inserted between the orders with the information of the free time between orders. It is possible to insert the time between orders manually, for example to allow two orders to be processed at the same time. Each time a change is made to the orders for the day, the time between orders is recalculated.

Sending information sms
For each day it is possible to inform customers in advance about the agreed order by sending a sms. Minimize the time spent at work when you earn nothing.

Business information
Graphical display of income and expenses by day, week or month for a selected period. Export of order statements to a csv file. This is a generic file format, openable in Microsoft Excell and many others. It can also be used for import into an accounting program.
