PC LockUp

PC LockUp is security software for your computer that allows you to password protect Windows and prevent other users from using it when you are not present. It starts automatically when Windows boots and optionally locks the desktop when loading. It hides your desktop and replaces it at the same time with another image that you can change in the settings. It even allows you to specify the date and time of its operation. Of course, it supports multiple users who can be defined with different rights. Windows LockUp also has a built-in (password-protected) screensaver. It also supports control of network connections.
