PasteHere

PasteHere is a small and simple program that allows you to easily create a file based on the contents of your clipboard. Just copy text or an image to the clipboard, then right-click on any empty space in Windows Explorer and select "PasteHere". The program will then create a file called "PasteHere" that will contain the contents of the clipboard.

If you have copied text, the file will be a text file. If you have copied an image, the file will be an image file. PasteHere supports a wide range of graphic formats, including JPG, PNG, GIF, and BMP.
