The Quick Launch Panel is a second bottom bar that lets you quickly and conveniently launch programs, text documents and web pages. Other useful features include safe and instant PC shutdown, CD/DVD drive door ejection, calendar and PC shutdown at a set time.

The program is FREEWARE, but in order to use it fully you need to register, which you can do for free and within seconds directly in the program via the Internet.

The program is designed for Windows XP OS, supported screen resolutions are 1024 x 600, 1024 x 768 and 1280 x 800, 1440 x 900 pixels. You can also choose the appearance from three color scales, depending on which one your WindowsXP uses (blue, olive green, light gray). The new version also includes an incoming mail detector.
