It was originally created for servicing computer equipment, but is applicable for repairing electronics and devices. Further customization for specific industries can be ordered. An important feature is the automatic creation of a service order series. The program itself establishes the order of job resolution, monitors the time and provides an immediate overview of their status. To do this, it uses the time characteristics of the job and color highlighting. It is adapted for simultaneous work of several employees (technicians, telephone operator, shop staff...) on a terminal server (2000,2003). Experimentally it is also possible to work via network/LAN, the database response may be a little slower - depends on the quality of the network. Included are printouts - service sheet, customer confirmation, service report. These documents have user configurable texts and fonts. By default, a filter is set to create a service order queue, finished cases are not displayed here.
