OnScreenProtractor

OnScreenProtractor is a simple java application that allows you to measure the angle on your screen. The program was originally designed to judge the angle between north and a given point on a map open on the screen, so the background of the application window is transparent and the angle is measured from the positive y-axis and clockwise. The app allows you to move the origin of the reference axes and rotate the axes as needed.
