OmniMIDI

OmniMIDI, formerly known as Keppy's Synthesizer, is a highly configurable MIDI driver for Windows designed after the popular BASSMIDI driver.

OmniMIDI is free and opensource.

In fact, the main goal of this tool is to meet the requirements of every professional sound engineer. When properly setup, this synthesizer can achieve very low latencies down to the 1 millisecond level.

OmniMIDI basically allows you to import and edit lists and also import specific presets from SF2 files. It also gives you a quick way to switch between eight saved lists.
