The OBAL 8 program is based on Act No. 477/2001 Coll. (on packaging, as amended) and its implementing decrees No. 116/2002 Coll. and No. 641/2004 Coll. It enables entrepreneurs and companies to keep records of packaging placed on the market or in circulation and to record the quantity of returned packaging, including returnable and reusable packaging. For take-back, it is also possible to monitor the method of disposal in the statutory scope with an optional link to the waste register (compatible with the EVI 8 waste register software - common directory of entities, identical controls, uniform data form). The register can be created within the whole organisation or selectively for each operating unit separately, and the software automatically generates the relevant print reports according to the requirements of the law.
