By buffering data, you increase the speed of accessing the data when it is read again. This allows the system to retrieve data faster from memory instead of reading it from a slow hard disk. The Windows operating system accesses your hard disk for reading and writing through the integrated File Cache Management. By default, data is loaded into the operating memory from where it continues to be used, but if the entire operating memory is full, the data must be stored back on disk in a so-called swap file. This dramatically reduces performance. This program makes more efficient use of RAM so that swapping is not necessary.
