NotRun

NotRun is a small and powerful application that allows you to block selected programs from running. It's a great way to prevent unwanted software or applications that you don't like or that may harm your computer from running.

NotRun is very easy to use. Just select the programs you want to block and click the "Block" button. The programs will then be blocked immediately and cannot be run.

NotRun also allows you to password protect the application. This is a great way to prevent other users from unblocking blocked programs.
