"As an old "bastler" I needed to give some order to my rich stock of various components and modules. At the same time, I also needed to file the pile of descriptions, manuals and other documents lying around in various folders on my computer. So I wrote this simple little program and hopefully it will help others to keep track of recipes, books, magazines, or anything else.
The program does not contain any installer, just unpack it into any folder you have access to. If you don't like it, just delete it from it. The program does not perform any Windows registry."
