NK2Edit

NK2Edit was designed as a true NK2 editor, with which you can make any change you need and then save it back to a valid NK2 file.

Features:

-Easily edit or correct any information stored in the NK2 file, including display name, email address, exchange string, display name drop-down, and search string
. - Easily remove unwanted apostrophe characters from the display name and from the Drop-Down list

- Delete unwanted emails, but also add new emails, by typing manually, or by selecting from the Outlook address book

- Copy NK2 records from one NK2 file to another - simply copy and paste

- Create a brand new NK2 file and add desired emails to it by manually typing that you add them from your address book, or by copying records from another NK2 file

- Extract data from corrupted NK2 files that Outlook can't read anymore (when completing Outlook stopped working), and even repair them so that Outlook will be able to read them again

- Export all data stored in the NK2 file to a special Unicode text file in a similar structure to the Windows INI file. You can open it in any text editor you like, make the changes you need, and then convert it back to an Outlook NK2 file you can use

- Export the email information stored in the NK2 file to an html/text/csv/xml file

- Export information about emails stored in an NK2 file directly to Outlook contacts

- Copy selected NK2 records in tab delimited format and paste the information into Excel

- Change the order of the records in the NK2 file, which also affects the order that appears in the drop-down list. You can also sort the list in alphabetical order of the dropdown display names. (However, be aware that Outlook will change the order again when the user sends emails)

- Command Line Support: write simple scripts that can add, remove or edit records to an NK2 file, without displaying the user interface

NK2Edit is a portable application that can be used from any Windows computer (from Windows 2000 onwards) without any installation and without making any changes to the registry.

NK2 Control Center - allows you to monitor the location and status of all NK2 files in your organization.
