Network Monitor II is a free gadget that serves as an indicator of the status of your Internet connection. It allows you to monitor various aspects of your connection, including upload and download speeds, the amount of traffic sent and downloaded, information about the strength and source of your Wi-Fi connection, internal and external IP addresses (including country flags), Gateway and DNS data - all clearly displayed on your desktop.
