NetBT Network Scanner

NetBT Network Scanner is a program that uses NetBT (NetBios over TCP/IP) to obtain information about nearby computers. You can manually specify the range of IP addresses to scan or use autodetection (the "Local Network" button).

Information obtained from the network about individual PCs:

• IP address
• computer name
• logged-in user name (only if Messenger is running)
• workgroup
• MAC address
• whether the PC is running file sharing services, "Master Browser"
• NetBIOS name table.
