Net Meter

The Net Meter program monitors the traffic of all network connections on the current computer and displays graphically and numerically the current download and upload speed. The software supports displaying the transfer speeds of multiple network connections at once. It also logs network traffic and provides daily, weekly, monthly and summary traffic reports. It allows you to set up alerts to notify you when you exceed a certain bandwidth usage level.

You can also save connection bandwidth rates in plain text or in Microsoft Excel CSV format.

Net Meter runs as a system service that monitors bandwidth usage and automatically generates traffic reports without logging in.
