MuralPix

The MuralPix background changer is a program that automatically creates backgrounds (wallpapers) for Windows from selected JPEG images and changes them at set time intervals.

But that's not all. The program can also.

• automatically resize images to fit correctly on the desktop,
• add a frame to them so that icons for launching programs are clearly visible,
• insert a calendar into the wallpaper,
• display the name of the file used,
• set a list of programs that make MuralPix inactive when running and do not burden the CPU,
• function as a screensaver by displaying photos selected for the background using transition effects,

To select images for the background and for use by the screensaver, simply add the directories in which they are located in the settings.

Overall, it can be said that this is one of the most successful programs of its kind in the Czech language. It is especially appreciated by owners of digital cameras and collectors of digital images, who can easily enliven the desktop area of their computer screen with their archives.

The minimal version contains no images, the basic version five sample photos and the extended version fifty sample photos.
