MediaPortal 2

MediaPortal 2 is a handy application that allows you to manage your multimedia content on your PC from one place in a nice graphical environment, simply by using a USB remote control. In addition to managing the content of your videos and picture or photo albums, it supports the most popular TV cards and you can also watch TV directly in the program, including options for recording shows, timeshifting, i.e. pausing a show, or streaming TV to another device, for example with KODI. It also includes tetris and sudoku games. The app can be further extended with various plugins. MediaPortal 2 is the successor of MediaPortal 1, which is also being developed and updated, but in the future it is mainly this newer version that is planned.
