measury

Measury is a measurement tool for microscope images. Its goal is to simplify and speed up the measurement of structures in images.

It supports all image formats supported by OpenCV.

Automatic scale bar detection. Simply select the scale bar identification tool and click on the scale bar. Microscope profiles can save the location of the scale bar for specific microscope types to facilitate detection.

You can move the image by dragging the mouse wheel or by selecting the move mode.
