The program is designed for home, office, small business, for anyone who wants to keep track of his contacts, documents, wants to issue an invoice, or wants to keep his own database for a particular contact (beauticians, pedicurists, carpenters, plumbers, etc.).
The program can also retrieve and work with contacts from Microsoft Outlook.
Particularly its own database, which can be customized by anyone, will allow you to keep a record of client visits, a statement of work and any billing of your work.
Evidence has not only text entries, but also numerical entries that can be set to calculate each other (e.g. hourly rate x hours reported = result or kilometres reported x 6 CZK = result, etc.). .
The program also includes its own "Notes", i.e. a >memory book< , in which you can note things that you need to remember or write down somewhere. E.g. various IDs and passwords, doctor's visits, training courses attended. etc.
