The Nero BurnRights application allows a system administrator to authorize non-administrator users to burn disks and attach new burners. This is necessary because users without administrator rights cannot access the drivers needed to burn discs and attach new burners. In addition, the system administrator can grant non-administrator users rights to individual burners or Nero applications.
