MailingManager

MailingManager allows you to send emails from Money in three different ways:

1) Manually, by triggering a send by the user.
2) Automatically, when data is added or changed. (This option is implemented using Money's automatic action mechanism).
3) Automatically based on the scheduler. (This option is implemented as a CSWAutomatic plugin).

The content of the emails is tied to the Money data. You need to define custom settings for each type of data (e.g. items, addresses, price list items, orders, ...) for which you want to send emails. It specifies the form, method and conditions for sending an email and contains the following basic data:

- Sender - the SMTP through which the mail is to be sent and the email address and name that will appear in the mail as the sender.

- Recipient - can be specified directly from the data, by selecting a text object item that contains an email address, or multiple addresses separated by a comma. If the object for which the e-mail is sent also contains a company, the recipient can also be determined from the list of connections of the company. The second option is to specify an alternate recipient, which is used if the address is not specified in the data or if the address is not filled in the data in the object being sent. In the same way as the main recipient, it is also possible to define a copy recipient or a hidden recipient.

- Attachment - attachment is optional. If it is included, it is sent as a PDF file created from the Money print report.

- Content - the content can be provided in text or defined again based on the Money print report. In this case, the email is sent as formatted text (html).
