Luna

Luna changes Windows mode to dark and light at a time you define. Besides this change, it also allows you to change the whole theme, so you can set not only the color change but also change the background, colors, sounds or mouse cursor at the specified times. The program also includes the possibility to invoke the light/dark theme also using the command line (/light or /dark parameter), so you can have a shortcut created on the desktop for the change, where when you run it, the color theme is immediately changed.
