The program is suitable for small or medium-sized companies, sales representatives or small entrepreneurs. The address of the customer or company, contacts to individual employees or departments and overall communication with the customer are recorded. Any length of text can be assigned to individual line notes (e.g. copy the contents of an email) or a specific document written in word, excel or acrobat reader. You can also assign a photo. For example: if you write down a note that you have sent a draft contract to a customer on 5.6.2004, you can attach this draft to the note and find it later more quickly and easily. The program also reminds you of what is due to be done to date or what is planned for this or another selected month. New contacts can be entered simply by right-clicking over the corresponding window.

For the program to work properly, you need to install the BDE - Borland Database Engine database driver. Install it first and then install the program. It may be that one of your programs already uses BDE. You can find this out by looking for the BDE administrator icon in the CONTROL PANELS. In this case, you do not need to install BDE.
