Junior Icon Editor is a simple and easy-to-use program to create and edit icons for Windows with transparency support. Junior Icon Editor allows you to create and edit icons of either standard or custom sizes, in color depths up to 16 million colors. Standard sizes for icons are 16x16, 32x32, 48x48. The program also supports PNG icons for mobile software, including iPhone, Android, iPad, Nokia and Windows Mobile. You can import and export ICO, PNG, .xpm, XBM and .icpr formats, so you can easily convert your favorite images into icons and vice versa.
