JPass

JPass is a portable password manager with strong encryption. By default, it allows you to store usernames, passwords, URLs, and generic notes in an encrypted file secured by a master password. The AES-256-CBC algorithm is used for encryption. The application also includes a random password generator, the ability to organize stored data or import or export as a separate XML file.
