The emphasis is on maximum simplicity and clarity. It is adapted for simultaneous work of several employees (shop, service department...). Complaints are colour-coded according to the level of handling and duration (deadline monitoring). This ensures quick orientation, immediate overview of what needs to be urgently resolved or what information to give to the customer on the phone. There are basic filters, search by the most important characteristics, printouts of complaint sheets, reports, confirmations for the customer. Data is stored in a standard SQLite database, no installation, no configuration, no drivers. To "install" or transfer to another PC, just copy the files. The program is a kind of skeleton that can be customized if seriously interested. Customizations are paid according to the overall complexity. The program as presented has no time or functional limitations. The license type is DONATIONWARE.
