Jazzman CRM

The Jazzman CRM program is a system that greatly facilitates the overview of relationships with business partners. Thanks to this, users have better information about individual orders and business cases.

The application contains, first of all, a coplex system of registration of individual objects entering into business relations (companies, establishments, contact persons, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses, web pages, ...). Companies can be virtually unlimitedly segmented into user-defined categories, which then greatly simplifies the creation of selections for various marketing tasks (sending newsletters, telemarketing, ...).

Event logs contain information that relates to communication with individual business partners (phone calls, meetings and negotiations). It is also possible to define so-called user events (user-defined type) that can better reflect the reality of the business relationship with partners (e.g. a task for an employee, a service call, a product loan, ...) Each event can be associated with its status, which can then represent a task of another user.

The system supports central storage and management of documents related to the business cases. This includes in particular files created electronically (text documents, spreadsheet files, images, ...), but also files that can be digitised later for archiving or easy sharing (faxes, letters, quotes, ...).

The application allows retrieving a selected segment of emails from MS Outlook clients into a common storage. This feature greatly simplifies users' awareness of communications within a given business case and greatly facilitates the substitutability of individuals within the company.

An "active desktop" can be used to instantly display a summary of basic current information from the system. This desktop is freely configurable and each user has only the information that is relevant to them within their job responsibilities and duties.

The application includes support for mass communication (sending business messages by e-mail, printing address labels, ...). Of course, there are functions to display people whose birthday or holiday falls on a given day. If the company has the necessary data in another database, it is possible to create data connections that will make them available to users within the Jazzman CRM system.

Full synchronization of address book data with the Pohoda economic system and export of contacts to MS Outlook is also available.
