IPNetInfo

IPNetInfo is a small utility that easily looks up all available IP address information: IP address owner, country/state, IP address range, contact information (address, phone, fax and email), and more. This utility can be very useful for finding the origin of spam. You can simply copy the message header from your email software and paste it into the IPNetInfo utility. IPNetInfo automatically extracts all IP addresses from the message header, and displays information about those IP addresses.
