Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool

Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool is a program designed to verify the functionality of an Intel microprocessor. This diagnostic checks brand identification, verifies processor operating frequencies, tests specific processor characteristics, and performs a stress test on the processor. The diagnostic can be configured to run in one of two modes: processor presence test or processor compatibility verification.
