Inkscape

Inkscape is an application for editing and creating objects using vector graphics. It works with SVG vector format. It also allows importing bitmap images (JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP, GIF, etc.) and vector formats (e.g. EPS). It includes various features such as: working with layers, transforming objects, creating text, drawing tools, creating color transitions and fills, etc.
