Infosoud a Katastr

This program is used to keep records of court files and their continuous control through the Infosoud application on justice.cz. Therefore, you have up-to-date information about what is happening in the proceedings.

The application can also register cadastral proceedings and check the insolvency of subjects.

Using the portal of Czech justice, you can follow the progress of a court case if you know the file mark and the designation of the court. Similarly, on the cuzk website you can follow the progress of cadastral proceedings if you know the case number and the relevant department.

It is possible to view a summary of events, from which you can find out in one clear place, for example, the following information:

setting of a hearing
issuance of a decision
legality of the decision
filing of an appeal
termination of the case

Catastre

The module for controlling cadastral proceedings is made up of very similar psychology.

It controls, for example, the execution of the entry in the cadastre, the call for completion, etc. You are thus again informed about the progress of cadastral proceedings in a very convenient way.
