The program monitors the CPU load status and once the load drops below a certain threshold and stays within it for a certain period of time the program picks up the modem and dials the phone number you prepared in the computer's phone bills and then hangs up.

You can use the program for example when you are defragmenting a disk, burning or doing anything that loads the CPU and you want to be informed whether the operation is over, the program will then call you on your mobile phone and you are anywhere.

The program is designed for windows 95/98 with classic modem.
