iNet Protector allows you to restrict access to web services in a variety of ways.

You can choose a complete ban, but if you enter the correct password, you can use everything again. You can schedule from when to when the services can be accessed. You can also set a countdown, so that the connection is disconnected after a set interval (sending or saving an unsaved email, etc.) The program only blocks protocols used by browsers and emails, which is a pretty big shame. Users can still use the line in other, often worse, ways.
