Image Detective

This simple app is the easiest tool to view all images on your PC. Just run it and specify where to search for hard drives, folders, flash drives, CDs, DVDs, etc. you can even add multiple locations to one search. After you run the search, the program will work for a while. And then you just click on the arrow to see the next image or set the speed of the self-search.
