IE9 Tweaker allows you to tweak the following settings in Internet Explorer 9:

• set always visible menu
• set the menu at the top
• filter "InPrivate"
• limit the number of downloads
• run IE page full screen every time
• setting the maximum number of page lines in a new tab
• define a home page with custom favorites
