IconTOY

Using icon pulling programs, you can manually search for icons by opening individual files. But this is a very tedious and tedious job. This program is specifically designed to pull icons (ICO, ICL, EXE, DLL, BMP) from any file that contains them. It will scan all disks and display the icons. You can then copy the selected icons or save them as separate files.

Another feature of IconTOY is the ability to change the wallpaper on your desktop - you can use any found icon as a wallpaper. In the new version, the program also has a user-configurable interface.
