HYPO

The HYPO program is the most widely used expert software in Slovakia. It is used for comprehensive valuation of all buildings, apartments, land and vegetation. It determines the general value of the object in a simple and clear way by the comparative method, the method of positional differentiation, the combined method (for buildings) and the income method (for land). HYPO is the only real tool for the forensic expert, whose output is accepted by all institutions and banks in Slovakia.
