By dragging the clock, its horizontal position can be changed. In the settings, which can be accessed either by right-clicking or via the tray icon, you can change the colour of the clock, whether it hides the taskbar (the bottom bar of Windows - suitable for TV) or whether the clock is transpanent, and then what the background will be.
