HideIt

 

If you have more open windows on your desktop than a few mushrooms, you can use this utility. When you start it, it sits next to the clock and waits for your commands. Double-click the magnifying glass icon to see a list of all open windows. Now you can select the windows you want to hide or show, or use rules to let HideIt hide windows automatically. In Windows 2000 and XP, HideIt can also be used to switch between windows by pressing the Alt-Tab keys. Plus, in Windows XP, HideIt displays a reduced view of the selected window. Now HideIt lets you save a snapshot of the selected window to the clipboard.
