Handy is a free and open source speech-to-text application.

It is a simple speech-to-text application whose only function is to record everything you say into a text box. Just hold down a keyboard shortcut, speak and release. Your words will appear where you just typed them. The app runs completely offline thanks to Whisper technology, works on all platforms and requires no subscription or cloud services.
