Gsudo is a Windows command that allows you to run commands with elevated privileges. It is the equivalent of the sudo command for Linux. Gsudo can be used to run commands that require elevated privileges, such as installing software or changing system settings.
Gsudo is used by preceding a command with the command gsudo. For example, if you wanted to run cmd.exe with elevated permissions, you would use the following command:
"gsudo cmd.exe"
Gsudo displays a UAC prompt that must be acknowledged before the command can be run. If you want to minimize the number of times the UAC prompt is displayed, you can use the gsudo buffer function. The gsudo buffer function stores a list of commands that have been run with elevated privileges, so the next time you want to run one of these commands, you will not have to acknowledge the UAC prompt.
